A last minute collaboration between myself, Eric Leroy Wilson and the NINE BEATS Collective to produce a lyric video to accompany Eric’s first major release.

The track is a spoken word poem and rap that is set to a 90s style hip hop beat featuring almost 4 minutes and 600 words.

The concept of the lyric video was to be an homage to the hip hop and rap culture of the 90s but subtle and without cliché.

The entire lyric video was animated and edited by myself in Adobe After Effects and combines a minimal use of manipulated footage to ensure dynamism in the video.
